Some of them are so serious that to this day I can hardly reflect on them without being in some degree staggered; but, to the best of my judgment, the greater number are only apparent, and those that are real are not, I THINK FATAL TO THE THEORY.”

Toward the end of his life, Darwin openly admitted: “NOT ONE CHANGE OF SPECIES INTO ANOTHER IS ON RECORD …. WE CANNOT PROVE THAT A SINGLE SPECIES HAS CHANGED INTO ANOTHER.” Darwin, Charles, My life and Letters, Vol. 1. Page 2 10.

2) Thomas Huxley said that “evolution was not an established theory but a TENTATIVE HYPOTHESIS, an extremely valuable and even probable hypothesis, but a hypothesis none the less.” Himmelfarb, Gertrude, Darwin and the Darwinian Revolution, Doubleday and Co., New York, 1859, page 366.

3) Dr. Austin H. Clark, noted biologist of the Smithsonian Institute, stated: “THERE IS NO EVIDENCE WHICH WOULD SHOW MAN DEVELOPING STEP BY STEP FROM LOWER FORMS OF LIFE. THERE IS NOTHING TO SHOW THAT MAN WAS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH MONKEYS…. He appeared SUDDENLY and in substantially the same form as he is today…. There are no such things as missing links.”

He also said, “So far as concerns the major groups of animals, the creationists appear to have the best of the argument. There is NOT THE SLIGHTEST EVIDENCE THAT ANY ONE OF THE MAJOR GROUPS AROSE FROM ANY OTHER. Each is a special animal complex, related more or less closely to all the rest, and appearing therefore as a species and distinct creation.” Meldau, Fred John, Witness Against Evolution, Christian Victory Publishing Co., Denver, Colo., 1953, page 39, 40, 73.

4) Professor Albert Fleischman, professor of Comparative Anatomy at Erlangen University, said, “The theory of evolution suffers from grave defects, which are becoming more and more apparent as time advances. It can no longer square with practical scientific knowledge, nor does it suffice for our theoretical grasp of the facts. THE DARWINIAN THEORY OF DESCENT HAS NOT A SINGLE FACT TO CONFIRM IT IN THE REALM OF NATURE. IT IS NOT THE RESULT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, BUT PURELY THE PRODUCT OF IMAGINATION.” Fleishmann, Albert, Victoria Institute, Vol. 65, pages 194, 195.

“The theory of evolution suffers from grave defects, which are more and more apparent as time advances. It can no longer square with practical scientific knowledge.” – Albert Fleishmann

5) Sir William Dawson, Canada’s great geologist, said of evolution: “It is one of the strangest phenomena of humanity; IT IS UTTERLY DESTITUTE OF PROOF.” Dawson, Sir William, Story of Earth and Man, page 317.

6) Dr. Robert A. Millikan, famous physicist and Nobel prize winner, said, “Everyone who reflects believes in God.” Millikan, Robert A., The Commentator, June 1937. In an address to the American Chemical Society, he said: “The pathetic thing about it is that many scientists are trying to prove the doctrine of evolution, which no scientists can do.”

7) Dr. George Wald, a Nobel prize winner, chooses to believe in evolution even though he said he regards it as a scientific impossibility. He says, “The only alternative to a spontaneous generation is a belief in supernatural creation….” Wald, George, “Innovation and Biology,” Scientific American, Vol. 199, Sept. 1958, page 100.

8) Dr. Wernher Von Braun, who masterminded the V-2 rocket of Germany in World War II and the space program of the United States for two decades, said in a speech at Taylor University: “The idea of an orderly universe is inconceivable without God — the grandeur of the cosmos confirms the certainty of creation. One can’t be exposed to the law and order of the universe without becoming aware of a DIVINE INTENT.” Keith, Bill, Scopes II the Great Debate, Huntington House, 1985, page 55.

9) Richard Goldschmidt, Ph.D., professor of zoology, University of California, said, “Geographic variation as a model of species formation will not stand under thorough scientific investigation. Darwin’s theory of natural selection HAS NEVER HAD ANY PROOF … yet it has been universally accepted. There may be wide diversification within the species … but the gap (between species) cannot be bridged …. Sub-species do not merge into the species either actually or ideally.” Keith, Bill, Scopes II the Great Debate, Huntington House, 1985, pages 55-56.

10) Dr. Warren Weaver, formerly chairman of the board of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, said, “Every new discovery of science is a further ‘revelation’ of the order which God has built into His universe.” Weaver, Warren, Look Magazine, April 5, 1955, page 30.

11) Antonio Lazcano, professor, National Autonomous University of Mexico and president of the International Society for the Study of the Origins of Life, “The Never-Ending Story,” American Scientist vol. 91, no. 5, 2003, “…those trying to discover the origins of life and study the earliest stages of biological evolution have an uphill quest: Over and over it happens that a theory or explanation believed to be well established has to be abandoned or rethought in the light of new findings.”

12) Evolutionist Richard Lewontin, “The New York Review,” January, 1997, p. 31

Evolutionary Pride:

“We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of the failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so-stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism. It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is an absolute, FOR WE CANNOT ALLOW A DIVINE FOOT IN THE DOOR.”

My comment – The FOOL says in his heart, “There is no God”.” (Psalm 14:1)

13) Bounoure, Le Monde Et La Vie (October, 1963) – Director of Research at the National Center of Scientific Research in France – “Evolution is a fairy tale for grown ups. This theory has helped nothing in the progress of science. It is USELESS.”

14) Michael Denton, “Evolution: A Theory in Crisis” (1986), page 77, states “The fact is that the evidence was so patchy one hundred years ago that even Darwin himself had increasing doubts as to the validity of his views, and the only aspect of his theory which has received any support over the past century is where it applies to micro-evolutionary phenomena. His general theory, that all life on earth had originated and evolved by a gradual successive accumulation of fortuitous mutations, is still, as it was in Darwin’s time, A HIGHLY SPECULATIVE HYPOTHESIS ENTIRELY WITHOUT DIRECT FACTUAL SUPPORT AND VERY FAR FROM THAT SELF-EVIDENT AXIOM SOME OF ITS MORE AGGRESSIVE ADVOCATES WOULD HAVE US BELIEVE.”

15) T. Rosazak, in “Unfinished Animal”, 1975, pages 101-102 states, “The irony is devastating. The main purpose of Darwinism was to drive every last trace of an incredible God from biology. But the theory replaces God with an even more incredible deity – OMNIPOTENT CHANCE.”

16) D.M.S. Watson – “Adaptation”, in Nature, Volume.123, Volume 124, page 233, 1929 states, “The theory of evolution is a theory universally accepted not because it can be proved by logically coherent evidence to be true, but because the only alternative, special creation, is clearly incredible.”

For those who hold this mentality in the scientific field makes it obvious that they believe in evolution not because of any evidence, but instead because they have made up their minds, a priori, that they are not going to believe in God.

The theory of evolution conveniently excuses unregenerate people from all moral and ethical accountability to the Creator who is God. Man then becomes captain of his own destiny and left to his own devices. He then lives and indulges as he pleases.

17) L. Merson Davies – British scientist, in “Modern Science”, page 7, 1953 states, “It has been estimated that no fewer than 800 phrases in the subjunctive mood such as “Let us assume,” or “We may well suppose”, etc are to be found between the covers of Darwin’s “Origin of Species” alone.”

My comment – These kind of phrases indicate that Darwin was relying upon GUESS WORK and his own presuppositions with absolutely no evidence whatsoever.

18) Norman MacBeth in “Darwin Retried”, page 147, 1971 states, “Unfortunately, in the field of evolution most explanations are not good. As a matter of fact, they hardly qualify as explanations at all; they are SUGGESTIONS, HUNCHES, PIPE DREAMS, HARDLY WORTHY OF BEING CALLED HYPOTHESES.”

mark findlay :

I like this sweet girl!

Rafael The Crusader :

Marcel believes there is no God. He doesn’t define ‘proof,’ and so hides behind an assumed meaning. Let him define what he requires so that all, including himself, can know what he’s talking about, then we can talk.

Sourcedrop :

I think she has good reasoning for not going very deep on the subject. Most people don’t go deep on it just like most people drive cars and have no clue how it functions under the hood. You don’t need a detailed grasp of something in order to use it. We all do this all the time.

One thing she said was that she “just knew.” Many people know things that they don’t know how they know, like a person who picks up a pencil for the first time and draws an amazing image of the world around them, when another person can barely draw stick figures after years of work. How do they know that skill? It should be impossible without empirical training.

She also said she personally knew people that have had experiences – I assume that means supernatural experiences. We just established that not everything in our lives can be identified empirically so why should these experiences need to be empirically dissected?

And besides, like the car analogy, most of us verify very little of what we accept. Like when we always mindlessly hit the “agree” button on terms of service forms. In most life cases verifing everything with a microscope is not needed nor is it realistic.

And I think she hit it on the head when she said how we need something to give us purpose so we can grow. Even people that don’t believe in anything supernatural have “vision” that isn’t real that drives them to become more.

While I don’t agree with religion nor the fabricated gods of those religions, and while I think people are better off without calling fiction “truth”, I still think it is reasonable to believe in a Something that’s out there calling us to be more than we are – to evolve and grow and make the world better than we found it.

Religious people call this Something their “god”, atheists call it their vision, spiritual people call it Source – it all gets us to the same place in the end: personal evolution.

tsopmocful :

Amazing that she hadn’t thought of these questions before, and was surprised at them, despite them being very fundamental and basic to any idea you wish to accept.

Luckystrike :

Cute, maybe even pretty, but dumb as a box of rocks.

Cloud@55 :

God bless you, lady!!!!!!

Kim Land :

Hi its been close to 10months from interviewing this deluded girl.
Since she stated she will think about this simple (she said difficult) questions, then by now she will not be a foolish Christian.
I just wanted to ask her if she is embarrassed by what she said in the past?
