This second Volume of Too Short’s Sir set; presumably a trilogy; is significantly weaker than the first<\/a>. That’s due in part to Lil Jon who takes over as the main producer. Thicky; an ode about voluptuous girls; is led by a sexy synth riff, but most of his beats are underwhelming as are most of these songs.
