This Ice Cream would (could) be good if it tastes like what it’s supposed to taste like. It’s hard to go wrong with crumbled chocolate chip cookies in vanilla ice cream, but there’s apparently no vanilla and the flavor of the cookies is, for some odd reason, more akin to ginger snaps.
