With so many males pretending to be females, spotting what seems like a beautiful college girl in heavy makeup is cause for pause, especially when her lips are under a five-o’clock shadow. A lot of MMA fanboys consider Mackenzie Dern a butterface and she definitely is. She’s not ugly, but her face is weird. She actually looks like Butt-Head. It’s her actual butt, along with the rest of her body, that saves her from aesthetic defeat.

She’s a bit too muscular, specifically her arms; as a straight male, that’s my biggest gripe with female fighters; but quite sexy from the neck down. Watching her do jiu-jitsu in the UFC, where you aren’t allowed to wear a gi, is a pervert’s delight.
