Homestead Creamery Eggnog

Homestead Creamery Eggnog

The presentation is elite, or perhaps just nostalgic, in that this Eggnog comes not in a carton but a glass bottle like the milkman used to delivery a century ago. The taste is comparatively unexceptional. It’s good but not as thick and gourmet as you might anticipate from the looks of it.

Trader Joe’s Egg Nog

Trader Joe's Egg Nog

Trader Joe’s Egg Nog is far from the best. The carton describes it as “rich and creamy”, but it actually seems quite diluted as if he (Joe) added too much milk and not enough of the good stuff. Still it’s a mildly pleasant drink; it’s egg nog after all; especially when consumed with graham crackers or the like.

Hood Golden Eggnog

Hood Golden Eggnog

The Golden bit is appropriate in that this Eggnog; a “limited edition” Hood product; has an almost caramel aftertaste. That helps make it the sweet treat it is, especially when served ice-cold like the neighborhood in the illustration on the carton. There’s also a recipe for Eggnog Cake, which sounds good.

LL Cool J or The Notorious BIG : Whose Going Back To Cali song is better?

LL Cool J or The Notorious BIG : Whose Going Back To Cali song is better? LL Cool J or The Notorious BIG : Whose Going Back To Cali song is better?

The prelude call on the Notorious BIG version, which goes over a minute, is unnecessary if not a bit annoying, but the beat bangs. I love the snares. The LL Cool J beat, produced and enhanced with scratches by Rick Rubin, is notable/unique in its own right. It’s one of hip-hop’s Coolest songs in the chic sense of the term and has a better chorus section.

my vote : LL Cool J

Prime Energy Drink : Original

Prime Energy Drink : Original

They call this Original, but it has a citrus (orangey/lemony) flavor that makes it taste a little more refreshing than expected. It’s not quite good, thanks to the fizzy carbonation, but it’s one of the better plain Energy Drinks. The caffeine count is 200 milligrams.

365 Organic Eggnog

365 Organic Eggnog

This Organic Eggnog; a Whole Foods Market product; is “Made with Milk from Cows Not Treated with rBST”. It’s also “ultra-pasteurized”. The one unhealthy thing about it is the cane sugar, though its sweetness is somewhat subdued. It’s good Eggnog but not as good as some other (non-organic) brands.

Good And Gather Organic Egg Nog

Good And Gather Organic Egg Nog

This Egg Nog; a Target “limited edition”; is indeed Good. It’s not good for you; egg nog is inherently sweet and even Organic sugar is bad for your health; but the ingredients list suggests it’s about as wholesome as the drink gets. The taste of nutmeg is splendidly dominant, but it would be better thicker.
