Hell is like jail: punishment for wrong doing… if you commit a societal crime you go to jail; likewise if you embrace your sin, or commit spiritual crimes, then you supposedly go to Hell as punishment. Jail and hell are similar concepts. Law Abiding citizens who love the law, hate crime and avoid jail. Likewise, those who love God, hate sin or evil and avoid hell. These are similar concepts.
