You’ll be doing yourself a favor placing this Marketside mousse in the fridge an hour or two before eating it. Perhaps most Cheesecakes taste better that way, but it’s the bottom “graham cracker crumb” crust here that’s most notably improved. I would’ve put a hyphen between the French Style bit. It’s otherwise hard to find fault with this tasty treat.
