The best part of this song; a ballad about overcoming depression; is the bridge, specifically the way Janet Jackson emphasizes the “go” in “let it go”. The highlight should be the final chorus section, on which she and her background vocals harmonize over the dreamy soundscape, but it’s not far behind.
