I don’t know about Classic, but the Sausage version of the Chicago Deep Dish Style Pizza from Uno Pizzeria; “where the first deep dish pizza was created”; is damn good. The plain Cheese version is the best; the meat can serve as a minor distraction; but this might be better than Pepperoni if only because those slices can taste a little funky.
