video review : Wolf Creek 2
It’s not as good as part 1; horror sequels rarely are; but it’s not too far behind. Mick Taylor is still serial killing, which makes Australia’s Wolf Creek Crater a deathtrap for clueless tourists. No cute girls this time; the main victim is a guy and the one girl before him looks like Alanis Morissette; but there is suspense in the plot, which, during one stretch, brings to mind Steven Spielberg’s Duel. Watch for flying kangaroos.

video review : Wolf Creek
Though one scene plays with the concept of a space alien invasion, the villain of Wolf Creek is all too real. This is a movie conceptually based on the so-called backpack murders that took place in Australia a few years back.
The victims here are a guy and two girls stuck in the middle of nowhere after traveling to a tourist attraction known as Wolf Creek Crater. Their car breaks down and the local serial killer comes along to offer them a ride.
