I like cheese on pizza and such, but I’ve never understood the allure of eating it by itself. These Organic Valley Stringles; glorified mozzarella sticks; are no exception. The ingredients list is impressively simple; skim milk, salt and enzyme; but the taste leaves a lot to be desired.

Grapefruit may be healthy, but it doesn’t taste good. The flavor, while sweet, is also offputtingly sour. The saving grace with these Dole fruit cups is that, like the Mandarin Oranges version, the bits are presented in white grape juice, which helps dilute the bitterness. That makes them a decently refreshing alternative when served cold from the fridge.

These Doritos would be regular triangle-shaped tortilla chips if not for the special sauce. Actually it’s more like a Nacho Cheese (cheddar/Romano) flavored powder each chip is coated in. That’s what makes them so tasty.

Funyuns are a snack conceptually based on onions; you’re supposed to have “Fun” eating them; but they’re not as bad as that sounds. They actually taste quite good partly because, aside from onion powder, they aren’t actually made with real onions. They’re “onion flavored rings” for whatever that’s worth.

This Ice Cream, which includes swirls of blue frosting and “confetti” candy sprinkles, really does taste, and sort of looks, like Birthday Cake. The concept is appropriate considering the two desserts are traditionally eaten together. The flavor also, for what it’s worth, reminds me of Lucky Charms marshmallows.

I’m almost sure I’ve never tasted Champagne, but this Bang suggests it has a pleasant almost piña-colada-like flavor. I don’t drink alcohol, so this serves as a suitable, albeit less sophisticated, alternative. The one thing holding it, and most energy drinks, back from being a beverage of choice is the carbonation.

This tastes like a standard energy drink except it’s not. There’s a sugar substitute (sucralose) but apparently no caffeine. In its place is 30 milligrams of Delta-8 THC; a cannabinoid. The “effects” you get as a result are, for those of us who don’t smoke or take drugs to get high, nothing more than an unwanted, albeit intriguing, side effect.

He said he believed he would “make this fight look surprisingly easy” and that’s exactly what he did. If you didn’t think Jon Jones was the (UFC) “goat” before, you better think again. He’s also my second favorite fighter after Anderson Silva; Jones’ second favorite fighter after himself.
I was doubtful about his chances in this Heavyweight debut; Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski lost their win streaks after going up a weight class; especially when I saw him looking pudgy after taking off his shirt outside the Octagon, but he makes short work of Ciryl Gane.

These Wild Sticks would be good if they weren’t Hot. It doesn’t hit you until after a few seconds of eating and they’re damn tasty until then, but jeez. Why anyone would want to experience pain, albeit to a relatively mild degree, at any time, let alone while eating, is beyond me.

I don’t really get the Drive Thru bit, but it’s probably a nod to White Castle and the like. These “microwavable sandwiches” aren’t as good as a fresh batch of Sliders from a fast-food restaurant, but they are tasty in their own right. They’re also mighty cute, thanks to their little soft round buns.

“‘Wack’ is not a word that’s in my dictionary,” Rob Base boasts, but parts of this album, including the song he says it on, are indeed wack. It begins with his hit single; It Takes Two; the popularity of which is taken full advantage of right down to the title concept. It’s also the best track. The worst is the closing bit; a silly dub mix entitled Creativity.

The killer seems to be enjoying himself as he plays around in different disguises; listen for his signature cackle; but this horror flick doesn’t offer much Amusement to its unfortunate viewers. The three girls the story carousels around are cute to look at; Tabitha reminds me of Taylor Swift; but the fun stops there. The concept and plotting are film school level bad.
