This would’ve been better as one full-length album, but at least we get two cover photos of Amerie; she’s nearly 40 but still hot; almost showing her tits. Unfortunately the songs aren’t as risqué as the 4AM theme suggests. It starts with a Curious tease, but the set is more about romantic Love than raunchy sex. Late night highlights include A Heart’s For The Breaking, Give It All Up and the Mulholland title cut.

You might start chanting the hook the next time you get pulled over, but the best part of this song is the beat; a grimy Showbiz production; which makes that chorus sound better than it is. The concept follows Who Protects Us From You and 30 Cops Or More as KRS-One continues to condemn Da Police, who he generalizes as racist and corrupt.
