video review : American Sasquatch [ Man Myth Or Monster ]

I suspect the Sasquatch is a Myth. This documentary; the first from David Paulides not related to Missing 411; only reinforces my suspicion. Bigfoot as simply an undiscovered species of “flesh and blood ape” is intriguingly plausible. It’s the creature being given supernatural attributes, enabling it to literally disappear before you can get a good camera shot, that makes the eyes roll.

It’s a convenient excuse, in other words, for what is essentially a lack of evidence. People talk about their alleged encounters; one woman swears it stared into her bedroom window one night à la Peeping Tom; but the video/audio recordings are rather unconvincing. Sasquatches, even magical ones from “the spirit world”, might exist, but this doc, while interesting, fails to make the case.

video review : The Age Of Disclosure

It may indeed be The Age Of Disclosure. Our leaders have never been so forthright about the possible existence of space aliens. It’s nonetheless a slow leak, so we have to settle for documentaries like this in which people talk about the evidence we’re not yet allowed to see.

“It was the size of a Super Walmart”, Airman Mario Woods says of a UFO or, as this presentation insists, “UAP” he claims to have witnessed. Those accounts are the most interesting parts, but there aren’t enough. Too much time is spent on the lack of government transparency.

Which of the United States is the best?

Florida’s always been my favorite state, long before I ever went there, mainly because it’s the warmest. I hate being cold and get cold easier (quicker) than most people, but I’m generally not bothered by hot weather. When I’m getting too hot, I’m more concerned with potentially passing out from heatstroke rather than being miserable from the feeling of being hot itself.

I also like the fact that the state is surrounded by (warm) water but not totally isolated like Hawaii. I get motion sickness on boats and can’t swim, so about knee deep is as far as I ever go into the sea or ocean; I don’t go in lakes at all because most are dirty and harbor snakes/alligators; but I do enjoy going to beaches for their natural visual and auditory aesthetics.

There are other states I like or would like to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Nowhere even comes close. Georgia is the closest physically, so if I had to live somewhere else, it would be there. California used to be my second favorite, but it’s being ruined by crazy politicians. Texas is one of the better states, but I don’t want to live anywhere near the Mexican border.

my vote : Florida
