It’s a fun concept. Ice Cream and S’mores from an actual Campfire make for an otherwise impractical combination. It’s the (“toasted”) marshmallows that damper the experience. They simply don’t; that is specifically to say that their gooey texture doesn’t; mesh well with Ice Cream. It would be much better without them.
